As a renter this is most definitely the worst place I've ever had to deal with. moving out just after 2 months. save your money and save yourself from a trailer trash nightmare. There is no mailboxes and no mail, have to go to the post office everyday🤦♀️So if you're looking to pay $650 to $700 a month plus another 400 to $500 a month in a power bill, this is the place for you. bad bad management. please continue looking, I found a much nicer and cheaper place a week after I decided to leave.
