1st the good, the family has been around for ever and own some very nice land to build on, and one of the few companies building on lots > 0.5 acres. The quality of the construction is also adequete. But bring your patience if you plan on dealing with them, one of the lease organized companies I have ever dealth with in any setting, from the owners on down. I have been waiting eight months to have a water stain in one of our bedrooms repaired and after dozens of calls I am still waiting. Someone should be fired in the service department!
