THE MAINTENANCE TEAM IS FANTASTIC. ALL STAFF MEMBERS ARE FRIENDLY AND CARING, ESPECIALLY THE FRONT OFFICE. VERY PROFESSIONAL , PERSONABLE AND JUST SHOW THEY DO CARE. DURING THIS EPIDEMIC/QUARANTINE THE MANAGEMENT AND OWNER HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND. EACH WEEK HAVE GIVEN EVERY TENANT A FREE CATERED MEAL BY A FANTASTIC CATERING CO. Having once lived at Grand Reserve. I can say without reservation it is a great place to live. I just tired of having someone above me; that was the only reason for leaving, but, I do miss that community. I thought the staff was not great, but, where I am now; they are great and knowledgeable. I have lived in three other retirement apartments, and Country Lane has everything I have been looking for, and the most friendliest staff I have ever seen. I have lots of fun, food, and entertainment galore.
