On Aug. 21, 2015 I took my dog in for a complaint of coughing. After being evaluated by the Doctor McCracken, she stated his lungs sounded clear (no x-ray was taken or even an option to have an x-ray)and that he had gingivitis and needed his teeth cleaned. They scheduled the teeth cleaning for three weeks later and gave him antibiotics for the gingivitis. I was not happy with the way staff treated me when there was a scheduling error. I had driven a hour to get there and they would not see my dog even though i had made an appt. They couldn't find it in their books and got ugly with me when i told them i knew i had an appointment. Also the vets were not very detailed in their explainations during various visits there. I would only go in an emergency if my new vet is not open.

I will never use them. Its a small town where everyone knows everyone. We have been out to eat three times that we were seated next to this vet and listened to him telling the lady with him how stupid his clients are and even called them by name. This didn't just happen once, but three separate occasions. Hey Doc, if all your clients were veterinary geniuses there would be no need for you! Unless you want to your neighbors to hear how big of an idiot you are, you may want to consider using someone else. This man is one of th... read more
