Hi Dale, I'm at a loss of what to do. I will plan on coming to the shop tomorrow to see if I can pick up the boat. I will plan on being there around 9:00 AM. If I should be there at a different time or not come at all, please let me know.
Can't say enough good things about Country Lakes Marine! With just a brief phone call they allowed me to drop off our new to us older boat at our leisure. They were able to diagnose a fuel problem and to winterize for the season at a very reasonable price! And then when they were done with the work, they were very accommodating to my hectic work schedule and had no issues holding the boat for an additional week after I originally told them I would pick it up. HEED MY WARNING: DO NOT trust this company with your boat!!! I stored my pontoon with them last winter and it was returned to me a month after requested (mid July!) with two big gouges in my upholstery and an ELEVEN INCH HOLE in one of the pontoons!!! They actually sent me out on the lake with this hole that would have caused the boat to sink had I not returned to the dock as quick as I did. The guy actually tried to say it was like that before!! Dale and the crew are all great people and run an honest business. I'm glad I found them a few years ago, I wouldn't use anyone else for my pontoon maintenance and storage.
