Landlord never answers and if so it always seems like he's bothered. The maintenance guy tries pushing selective tenants out the door and he'll do so by harrasing you. They say dogs is OK. But it's so many ticks if you walk your dog , it's really not suitable. Paint used in bathroom isn't suitable in hot season. Bubbling and walls bleeding of brown discoloration. And if you want your sec deposit back at end of lease , take a seat it'll be a long ride.
Worst place I’ve ever lived. I’ve gone 6 months with out a working stove or oven. The property manager / maintenance man is a drunk and has harassed us on multiple occasions and targets you if he doesn’t like you. Constantly trying to be pushed out and it’s a fight to get my security deposit and my neighbors are having the same issue. Trash all over the complex, preexisting mold in the appartment. Would not recommend living here unless it’s your last resort.
