Snooty Store Way overpriced. They have some gadgets you can't get around town, but you pay for it! Also when asked if they have a military discount I was given a dirty look and snide remark about how they offer the same prices to everyone. Oh, yes, and posted on the door is a nasty little sign that they do not have public restrooms, not even for paying customers with a 5 year old who has a tiny bladder. Not going back- ever. Get over yourselves.

Anything for your kitchen Country Kitchen sells everything from pots and pans to espresso machines. They carry any sort of kitchen gadget you may need for cookie making, woks, glasswear and they do have a nice assortment of coffee beans.

Only go if you have to I have found the sales people neither helpful or friendly to the occasional shopper. They're over priced even by Fairbanks standards, but when you need a specialty item right away they generally have it. I HATE that they open everything that comes in a box. It makes the items look "used" when giving them away as gifts. It serves no purpose if the box has never been opened in the first place.

Thank you! To reviewer Jennifer: there are public restrooms available in the main building. There are plenty of places in town that do not offer public access to restrooms or military discounts or senior discounts. A discount is a privilege, not a right. I like Country Kitchen and have always been treated well. It didn't matter if I was just browsing or buying. When no-one in town carries that particular utensil you need, Country Kitchen will have it! I recommend Country Kitchen to all my friends!
