Country Kickboxing and Fitness was established 2022 by Geremy Martyn, professional MMA fighter, born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu. Training studio for the many active people of the island. Whether you're a fighter, surfer, athlete or just getting started on your fitness journey CKB is here to help you level up. We offer personal and small group classes for both kickboxing and athletic training. The gym is located in Waialua, on North Shore, Oahu.

THE BEST GYM AND TRAINER!! I came to CKB with just 4 months to train (I’m from MN). My goals were to gain mass and build muscle. I was totally out of shape. I started at a 75lb back squat and ended with a 155lb back squat. Started with 85lb deadlift and ended with a 160lb deadlift. Was so excited to discover Country Kickboxing down the street from our vacation rental. Got to get a pads session in with Geremy and it was awesome. He taught me some great combos to add to my training. Geremy has battle tested knowledge plus the patience and intuition to teach. Highly recommended. Will 100% book again on my next trip!
This is a Good clean gym. I go a lot it’s quiet out of the way one on one training. If your looking to sharpen your kickboxing or want to get in shape this guy will make it happen
