I have been going to Country kickboxing since February 2026, it is now end of June. Strength n conditioning class is my favorite part of the week! 7am classes every Tuesday and Thursday, there’s no better way to start your day. I’ve trained on and off with Geremy for years, currently my kids do private kickboxing classes with him and as a parent-he has my 100% trust. He’s kind, calm, patient, and professional and his gym is clean and well set up. He is currently working to expand his business and we are stoked to see him offer classes to more people. If you’re considering a lesson at country kickboxing and fitness-you will not be disappointed, it’s one of the gems of the north shore!
THE BEST GYM AND TRAINER!! I came to CKB with just 4 months to train (I’m from MN). My goals were to gain mass and build muscle. I was totally out of shape. I started at a 75lb back squat and ended with a 155lb back squat. Started with 85lb deadlift and ended with a 160lb deadlift.
