I’ve trained on and off with Geremy for years, currently my kids do private kickboxing classes with him and as a parent-he has my 100% trust. He’s kind, calm, patient, and professional and his gym is clean and well set up. He is currently working to expand his business and we are stoked to see him offer classes to more people. If you’re considering a lesson at country kickboxing and fitness-you will not be disappointed, it’s one of the gems of the north shore!
THE BEST GYM AND TRAINER!! I came to CKB with just 4 months to train (I’m from MN). My goals were to gain mass and build muscle. I was totally out of shape. I started at a 75lb back squat and ended with a 155lb back squat. Started with 85lb deadlift and ended with a 160lb deadlift. Was so excited to discover Country Kickboxing down the street from our vacation rental. Got to get a pads session in with Geremy and it was awesome. He taught me some great combos to add to my training. Geremy has battle tested knowledge plus the patience and intuition to teach. Highly recommended. Will 100% book again on my next trip!
