Floors in the room were disgusting. You could visibly see they were discolored because the poor cleaning over time. Corners and floorboards had grime. My kids clothes turned brown after playing on the floor for only minutes. Not sure if it was from whatever they didn’t clean on the floors or from the cleaner they use to “clean” but something was sticky on the floors. Grossed me out so much. Couldn’t wait to get home and shower.

Room was comfy and breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly. The location is right off Hwy 20 but sadly not walkable at all, very dangerous to cross the roads with no crosswalks or walk signs, which is too bad as there are nice restaurants across the street.

This hotel is old and somewhat shabby. We stayed 4 nights...no one cleaned our room, although they left towels once and emptied the wastebasket (only one ) just once. If you needed more towels you went to the desk. I tried to call the desk to ask for more towels but discovered the phone was not operational. I took the phone down to the desk and was told they had to call the phone company to get it installed...in other words there was never phone service from our room. The staff was excellent, but it ended there...My mattress had to be as old as the building. The door to my room(a heavy wood door) had to be pushed HARD to open it; and also to close it once you are in the room. NOT customer friendly, especially in case of fire! I will not stay here again...
