This location is gem, considering the surrounding location is in need of better upkeep. Though the staff took a bit of time to arrive at the check-in counter, once you are inside things are fresh and well maintained. The room was true to form, clean and free of stains and the dreaded pervious occupant oder.

Entire carpet was wet transferring black dirt to feet. Bathroom cleanliness poor. When checking out and communicating our problems, the front staff left the desk and locked office door and never returned to rectify the situation.

We booked this hotel at a moment's notice, as we drove a long distance and had to cancel a reservation in a different location that we couldn't get to that night. The hotel is ok. Modest, with a sufficient breakfast. But the absolute highlight of our breakfast was Mrs Bee, the dining room attendant. She's sweet, friendly and helpful. She's a ray of sunshine! We got to chatting, joking and even got a hug. What a positive attitude! She made our stay a memorable one!
