This hotel is disgusting. The floors are so dirty it looks like they haven’t been moped ever. There is dust and rust everywhere. The phone has gunk on it. The towels have yellow stains. I tried to call front desk for a new one and no one answers the phone. I was killing spiders my first night. Very disappointed. Ruined my vacation.
They gave us a handicap room. Needs a lot of repair. They knew about the showers floor. But toilet was cracked. Shower water goes everywhere. Bugs in room.

Very clean, friendly staff-especially the breakfast staff! Overall enjoyable stop. Would recommend.
The person who checked us in was AMAZING. I wish she had been there all weekend! Beyond the check in process I felt if I asked for anything I was putting the person out! Our room has 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels... we were there for 3 nights with 3 adults in the room.... not acceptable! I asked for more... I wanted to pre check out because we wanted to get on the road early.... I was told I couldn't do that without handing in our keys... on our last morning before checking out our key stopped working... I ask... read more
