Well I booked the room as I was in town for business and had to layover for the night. Check in was decent and that was nice. After that we'll the fun begins! I was in a queen room on the first floor to the left of the pool...115 I think. The carpets were filthy. And trash on the floors, as well as leftover trash in the trash cans in the room. Rented a room, the towels were dirty. The front desk never answered upon checking out so I just left the room early because roaches were in my birthday cake. I emailed the general manager. They have yet to respond. Call the customer service line and they said wait on the hotel to respond to me directly

All I ask from the motel I stop at in the middle of my 19 hour drive is a clean room with a bathroom, wifi. and television all functioning. It is fine if it is plain and dowdy and has QR codes stuck directly to the furniture. (Why? To save on paper?) The weirdly miniscule single wastebasket is obviously more a problem for the staff than the guests, as we can just pile our trash on the floor around it. I accidentally made a reservation here and have called multiple times over the past month to cancel my reservation. They have hung up on me, not answered my call, or had my call go to voicemail and never called me back. I don't know what the actual hotel is like, but their customer service is so bad I won't ever stay here. In the end, they are taking my money for not staying in their hotel by ignoring me for a month.

Room was very dirty. We had to ask for new sheets and pillow cases as ours had something black on them, then when we stripped the bedding we found blood on the mattress cover. No towels, the bath mat towel has a black boot print on it. The bathroom floor was filthy and the shower didn't drain. The whole hotel was filthy. There was one poor girl running everything.
