“Dirty hotel with damp musty rooms” I am not a picky client and have stayed in my share of cheap accommodations. This was among the worst. I don’t think I’ve ever checked in somewhere and requested to move rooms. The first room we were in on the third floor was so damp and musty that you could smell it as soon as you walked in and the bedding was actually damp to the touch. Stay the night before our cruise. Airpirt shuttle to hotel was free and quick. Free breakfast was good. Uber to cruise port is dimple and reasonable. Would stay here again.

Without ANY warning or request, Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Tampa Airport North, FL cancelled my booking for a concert in April. I just got an email and when I called, the person at the desk said she had no information regarding the cancellation and to call back in the morning to speak with someone else. She said it happens a lot when they overbook.

We stayed 2 nights before and after a cruise. The staff was great, especially Lily at the desk who helped us book the best value room. The breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, hash browns and waffles. They do contract with a shuttle service that goes to and from the airport as well as the cruise terminal.
