Edwina was exceptional - friendly, polite and very professional at check-in. After she told us the elevator had been malfunctioning, I asked on what floor we would be staying. She immediately caught my drift and placed us in a room on the second floor - just 1 flight of stairs up - which was much appreciated. The room was clean (smelled fresh) and the TV and thermostat worked very well.
Great place for professional meetings and great service. Breakfast is good too!
Front desk staff is not professional at all!
