Had an issue with a visit and was offered a voucher for a free night. Well the GM (Jessica) wouldn’t honor the voucher even after the customer service supervisor agreed that they would. Will contact the BBB and would advise anyone staying at this location to be careful of deceitful practices.

I went to check in there was a strong smell of paint. They had painted the day of check in and did not notify anyone checking in. Marsha at the front desk was very apologetic about it and let me cancel my reservation with no penalty. The smell was so bad I got a headache immediately. Not sure if this was a last minute thing for them paint. Was able to find somewhere else to stay, but not happy how they did that to their customers, especially the ones already staying there.

The location of the hotel is awesome, however I was not impressed with the bed. My back is still hurting. We had to buy a bed topper just to sleep comfortably. Also we had a pull out mattress sofa but the sheets in the bag provided had what looked like a smashed bug and a hair. We took it up to the front desk and lady said to just shake it out?

Nice hotel close to all of the action, with a good breakfast and lovely lobby area. But what really made this a slam dunk was Kay at the front desk. We had a few issues checking in, but Kay expertly maneuvered through them and helped us through it. She also gave great recommendations of places to visit in the area. We even had the pleasure of seeing her at one of those recommended places, and even though she was "off the clock", she still made it a point to speak to us, made sure we were doing alright, and that we were enjoy... read more
