I really enjoyed my stay at the Country Inn & Suites in St. Charles. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was easy and stress-free from check-in to check-out. For the price it’s a great value and a solid place to stay. I’d happily stay here again.

Room was small. Heat is set to a predetermined degree. No amount of adjustment did anything. Was very cold. Lady at the check in should not be in customer service at all. Was rude and dismissive. Was informed since we're not club members we couldn't get a complementary bottle of water.
Good location, close to restaurants and stores. Also located close to Ameristar casino. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The breakfast needs work. The eggs were watery, food had no flavor.
