Location is ideal. Can walk to all the shops and restaurants in Historic St Charles. The Katy Trail is in their backyard - can bike, walk, jog.
We were very happy with our stay, the rooms are clean and well maintained. Only downsight: I know by now, that americans don‘t care about waste of garbage, but at least as a Hotel you could offer real cuttlery and mugs. Be a role Model for other Hotels and minimize the waste. If a Hotel from the saime chain would offer disposable tableware in Germany, people would complain by the dozen.
Hotel was gorgeous inside. Very good breakfast ! Clean rooms, quiet. Definitely would recommend
A surprising gem in old downtown St. Charles. Within walking distance of the shops in the downtown area. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out and the rooms are clean and well appointed. Service was outstanding. Breakfast was pretty typical hotel fare.
