The fridge is so grossed, and bathtub is dirty. The receptionist don’t even know what is “service” don’t tell you when’s the breakfast, everything you wanna know you have to ask them, because them won’t tell you as a service. And the room even doesn’t has tissue. Everyone who wanna stay here must regret
Comfortable,affordable, nice people clean. Our go to but could improve on breakfast,already stuff ok but hot choices terrible.
First room the AC wasn't working . The second room I took . The shower didn't drain the AC didn't get below 71 all afternoon and night . Guest laundry 1 washer was taged out of service both dryers supposedly worked . I wasted .75 and 35 minutes to find out the top dryer was not getting hot . Had to redo my clothes in lower dryer .The sink wasn't clean . The microwave didn't work . The breakfast waffle were good but the hot breakfast wasn't hot . I had to microwave wave it . Great hotel. Love the king room with the whirlpool. Only bedside to our stay was the lack of coffee. We asked the desk clerk to make some and nada.
