If I could rate it zero stars I would, we stayed in room 220 and we had to shoulder check the door to get it open. The room was also very dirty. The shower and floor were covered in hair from previous guest(s), makeup smudged all over the bathroom sink, the A/c was set at 50 all night yet the room remained at 75 during our stay. The morning check out attendant AND manager couldn’t care less about these complaints, no apology, no phone call, just a basic copy and paste response. In the process of remodel, once complete the property will be great. Breakfast each day was awful. Only fruit selection was bruised old bananas. They were awful. Plain yogurt with nothing to put on it—like eating sour cream. Coffee was bad.

Front desk person out of site Jeanette make you feel right at home very professional check in was quick and simple. And the rooms was very clean check them out.

The hotel is next to my Minnesota office so I’ve stayed here a number of times and very satisfied with the stay. Rooms are well appointed, price is right, and I’ll continue to book when in town.

Overall I wouldn't even say a 3 star, the serive is good, rooms are clean but very out dated, very old furniture, kind of run down all around, definitely way more expensive then it should be for the quality this place is.. Pool is cold, murky and cloudy water so clearly poorly maintained. Jets for the hot tub dont even generate anything other then overly explosive bubbles pooring water out, water slide is sketchy and old. Kiddie pool area is taped of.
