We tried to check in early, waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. I made reservations three months ago and asked if we could have joining rooms they said it’s not guarenteed- but fine. She wouldn’t let us check in early and said the rooms weren’t together and was extremely rude about it. Came an hour after check in- again she was very rude. Rooms were small, stained carpet. Was in town for baby shower for family, which was 12 minutes away. Pros: staff was helpful and did a great job cleaning the tables after people eat breakfast and around the hotel. Cons: small bathroom, no cc on tv, stains on carpet in room.
Dirty room they had to give us and different room and some of the staff were rude but not all.
