Room 110 (and likely 210) should not be hotel rooms. They are located under the stairs which people (especially rambunctious kids) love to run up and down. The walls literally shook when anyone walked up or down. Shower water temperature was lukewarm, and when I inquired at the front desk they sounded like they would have maintenance look at it but it wasn’t fixed.
This Choice hotel offers an above-average experience. I wish all hotels in the Brand would follow their example. Comfortable bed, quiet room, decent breakfast, friendly professional staff. Great job!
DONT STAY HERE! The management is rude and unkind. They treat their guests terribly. It may be convenient, but support another hotel in the area. *** ADDING MORE AFTER THEIR REPLY It wasn't your staff trying to follow policy. We had a great experience. We had a baby with us that needed a nap and they were very accommodating to help us get checked in early. The pool was great for the kiddos! They loved the slide and there was also a kiddie pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great also. Would definitely stay there again!
