Everytime we come to visit Roanoke we stay here. For the last 8 years and the consistency has remaining on of amazingly clean rooms, great value and service and each room we have been in is maintained very well. Also a wonderfully tasty breakfast

Very disappointed with this particular Country Inn and Suits in Hollins Upon my partners arrival we settled in, along with my service dog. We left almost immediately to grocery shop, as we would spend five days at the hotel. While shopping we received a call on my dog’s whining, we are on the second floor. We explained we would be back very soon. We were told that dogs were not to be left unattended. Overall the place was great for 2 separate one night stays. The room was clean, well kept and the staff was very friendly. My only real issue is that whe. I called to book a room , I requested a handicap room with a roll in shower only to discover there were no rooms available upon arrival. We ended up in a regular room and I had to go out and purchase a shower bench. I did get the room with the roll in shower on the return trip, but the second minor issue is the electronic deadbolt kept activating and I kept getting locked ... read more
