Check in was smooth. I don't know the genleman's name that had dreadlocks that checked us in, but he was friendly and informative. The pool tempature was a bit cold when you got in, certain areas were warmer than others but it wasn't terrible. My kids enjoyed the pool. The room was very clean, and stocked. The A/C was a little noisy but not too terrible we couldn't sleep. The beds were comfy. I loved how there is bodywash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers on wall in shower. The manager, Kimberly Shaver, Charged me $100 dollars without notifying me explicitly. After thorough research post stay, I saw that she has done this before. This will be her 2nd time (Reported online) that she has done this. Kimberly did not mention anything about an incidental fee. AT ALL. And still charged me after I checked out. This was a hidden fee and Deserves to be put under investigation. Very nice hotel, great place and nice room. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to sleep good, far away from home
