Front desk workers were extremely nice. I booked a king bed room & the room key didn’t work so i went back down to the lobby, went back up and it didn’t work again so i ended up being moved to a double queen bed which wasn’t too big of a deal but was an inconvenience. After getting into our new room, i opened the fridge and saw food wrapped in a paper towel in there
The customer service was great, the room was spacious and the breakfast was a nice bonus. John was always pleasant, on point and accommodating to our needs.
Clearly it’s an older hotel and it would be nice if the floors were renovated but we were impressed by the breakfast menu and the spectacular service that John provided- always available to help and nowhere else does the staff make your waffles for you~! What a blessing he is.
Initially we had a very bad experience we were placed in a suite that had a terrible odor and when we got there there was no indoor pool as was originally promised after some talking to management we replaced in another room and given passes to a sister hotel where we were able to use their pool
Overall my family always has a nice experience here. One year we were upgraded for free to a bigger room. The kids and myself love the indoor pool. The older gentleman that handles breakfast in the mornings has a great attitude, works hard, and is always happy to help customers, especially with making waffles. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast here. The front desk was very accommodating with any questions or issues we might have had.
