Beautiful place close to PHX and very accessible to many things. Waymo is available in the area for rides at a very decent cost. Breakfast was included and coffee clock around.
Had a flight change so needed a early checking. Call the hotel and spoke to Bianca. She was excellent! "No problem, come on"! Arrived at hotel. Michelle was at the counter and knew all about it, checked us in immediately with a smile. Great communication between team members. 1st room had an issue (not to do with hotel but prior guest) Again with a big smile and an apology Michelle moved us and Bianca followed up checking on us. I was welcomed great. The person at the desk is so nice and friendly.
Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was ok. I chose this because it had an airport shuttle. When we got there we were told the shuttle was out of service, and that the hotel had an arrangement with Lyft. It worked out perfectly for us -- great solution by the hotel!
