I am taking away a star due to the elevator being broken. It was really rough going all the way outside and back in just to go upstairs or downstairs (room to lobby) and the fact you couldn't give me a definitive answer on the shuttle. Great overall though

Nice place, my only frustration was when I called for a ride from the airport I did not get an answer, had to take an Uber.

Ms. Tina is the G.O.A.T. She was immensely helpful and courteous and kind, bless her. The room was clean and nice, we (2 girls) felt safe there, and all of the staff were very professional and courteous. The only issues were: 1. There was some work being done directly outside of our door, so it was loud all day, and 2. Someone was smoking somewhere in the building, and the smoke was coming into our bathroom and room. August 27, 2026 9:00 pm Room 210 Today's stay was disappointing as the elevators were being worked on (out of service) and my legs were sore and I was really tirOK.
