I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with how this hotel handled my lost property. After my stay, I realized I had left my scarf at the hotel. We even returned shortly afterward, but were told it wasn't there. The next day, when I called again, I was informed that the scarf had actually been found and was being held in the hotel's lost and found.
