非常糟的住宿經驗，前台服務人員態度冷漠。 透過Booking.com訂房，訂單內容如下圖，2張床+1張沙發床，到了飯店前台竟然告知沒有為我們準備沙發床，因爲當天都被訂完了，我們很生氣，若沒有足夠的沙發床，就不應該接訂單，態度囂張可惡（事後我們跟Booking再次確認， Booking說他們發的訂單內容沒問題，完全是飯店的錯誤）。 對了，早餐也是超級糟糕，熱食只有炒蛋和香腸兩種，而且份量不足，還在用餐時間內，但食物都沒有了。 強烈的建議，飯店附近還有很多家可以選擇，千萬不要選這一家。

Hotel is fairly new, everything looks well made and new, one of better experience over past few weeks traveling in US. In addition to this, I had quite unique experience of "zero nutrition breakfast". Plastic plates and cutlery, plastic sausage (not edible), fake scrambled eggs (I do wonder from what they were made, I would guess diesel), ketchup and instant sugary outmeal. I felt no remorse or bad karma throwing this breakfast imitation to trash bin.

I can’t bring myself to rate this one star given that the rooms actually are quite nice and clean. But the service was abysmal. There was only a single staff member at the desk during peak check-in hours with a long line of waiting guests. The concierge let us know (without so much as an apology) that they didn’t have a crib/pack n play which was hugely inconvenient/potentially dangerous for my infant. While I was delighted by the complimentary breakfast which included make-your-own waffles, the entire experience was spoiled... read more
