Overall the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with plenty of food options and a large Walmart. However the Huge let down is the terrible system with the hotel and booking.com. When we arrived I was told we’d have to pay the full amount again and request a refund via booking.com. The gentleman at reception said “this happens all the time”. Surely if it happens all the time the hotel should really be sorting it out with booking.com because now I’m $120 dollars down. Nice Hotel with big rooms, with a good position in the city of Page to see all the Grand Canyon attractions. Unfortunately the service is not that good especially the cleaning: they do it partially and one day they didn’t make our room even if we asked them three times during the day. The last time that we asked at 17.00, they told us they couldn’t make it because the cleaners weren’t there anymore. That’s a pity because the hotel it’s nice, but they have to improve definitely the service

Hotel was pretty fine but they have a huge security issue. First room was dirty and got another one assigned. In the evening other guests entered my room… they gave my room to someone else. My cards did not work anymore and there was a complete mess up downstairs at the checkin desk. Got a sorry and by email a “Request your understanding.” from the manager as he will be “investigating” my “claims”. Absolute no go for me, this is not a safe place. 3 months later; nothing, silence. What a joke.
