The hotel is becoming a Fairfield Inn, so it was under construction. The rooms are reallt nice and big, but room service didn't check the bottles of body wash and conditioner. We didn't have any until day 2, and there was hair on the shower walls- gross. Breakfast is basic and the washing machines in the laundry room did not work well. Filthy room. Appalling service. Even worse investigation and resolution by Coleman and Cole. Useless….. Within 10 minutes of entering the room, we found it dirty, covered in dust, and clearly not properly maintained. There were also two large flies or moths flying around the room. We immediately reported the issue, but the team was unable to offer a solution or alternative room and effectively expected us to stay there.
