Terrible. The front desk wouldn't answer questions or wasn't at the desk. Strong mildew smell and chemicals in the room.
The great: Okay so first and foremost KENDALL should be a general manager, he was FANTASTIC and the only good part about this hotel. If not for how awesome he was, we would not have stayed here. The other staff members were kind and helpful. The AWFUL: Our room and the hotel in general was a very sorry excuse for a choices hotel. One of the worst we have stayed in. Let me started out by saying the staff was very polite and helpful. I booked a 2 Queen bedroom because I had more guest coming. I got to my room and it was one bed so I had to go back to request the 2 beds I paid for. The young lady at the desk apologized and changed my room. Breakfast was pretty good and there were options.
