Although I've seen bad reviews We've had nothing but a great experience there staff Was awesome, Rooms were large And quiet. We will be back.
Very clean room. The breakfast was very good. Good location to Gruene Hall, River Road and plenty of food choices.

I think we will stay somewhere else the next time we come to New Braunfels. They have funny rules about bringing your dirty towels down if you need more (we only got 3 towels for our room for 4 people), the elevator was broken, the breakfast area wasn’t super clean, and they only clean the rooms every three days and not on the weekend.
First off, the girl working the front desk has NO customer service skills. Sorry we bothered your “cell phone time” to check in and ask for towels for our room. The couch bed is horrible. No one could sleep on that thing. The shower is falling apart and the AC is loud and never really takes the humidity out of the room. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
