I think we will stay somewhere else the next time we come to New Braunfels. They have funny rules about bringing your dirty towels down if you need more (we only got 3 towels for our room for 4 people), the elevator was broken, the breakfast area wasn’t super clean, and they only clean the rooms every three days and not on the weekend.

First off, the girl working the front desk has NO customer service skills. Sorry we bothered your “cell phone time” to check in and ask for towels for our room. The couch bed is horrible. No one could sleep on that thing. The shower is falling apart and the AC is loud and never really takes the humidity out of the room. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!If I could give 0 stars I would but this was the worst experience ever and we have stayed in a good bit of hotels well to start off when we got there we went and spent $150 on groceries just to find out are refrigerator and microwave didn't work we told the lady's at the desk multiple times about the problem and they said they would send someone to fix it or change us rooms but they never did then the whole time we were there the cleaning lady never stopped by our room we found a child's dirty sock in ar... read more
