I stayed at this hotel for several weeks on a work assignment. Although housekeeping was promised in writing every 3rd day, it was never provided despite repeated requests. After weeks without service, I contacted corporate simply to document the issue. So I said I’d be fair in my review and mention that I did receive a full refund, and I’ll keep my word I did get refunded entirely for my room. That being said this “pet friendly” hotel DOES NOT vacuum or clean their rooms from what I can tell, at all. Upon entering my room with my puppy, she immediately began sniffing around, and I noticed she had something in her mouth. I immediately grabbed it and to my horror it was a pill. The signature scent of this hotel seems to be smoke (cigarettes and cannabis) under a cloud of air freshener, but with people actively smoking in the hotel to keep reminding you that it will never go away. The rooms were dirty- when wiping a spot on the floor, the towel came up black and my dog found chocolate candies under the bed. The rooms have absolutely no sound control so you will hear every person next door and in the hallway. I considered checking out around 2AM to stay elsewhere.

We stayed 2 nights. Assuming we were getting room service, left a pile of towels to be replaced. Left a few times and no body ever showed. The bed was very cozy. Room had nice amenities. We did find a few slightly concerning repair jobs. Looks like an inexperienced handy Man at best. In 143 near hot tub and bathtub, there were broken tiles roughly glued back together.
