Front desk night manager 10/11/25 around 11:45pm. He came to our room rudely banging on our door for a noise complaint. We were playing game (not a problem). The problem was front desk mgr manners. He stated he called room several times. We informed him the phone did not ring, we invited him in to check . Which he did, picking up the phone, jiggly the cord and moving the desk to check behind it. After he was done, repeat he would kick us out if we got another complaint. He left. Showed up at midnight to a room with dog food, hair and urine. Was offered a room that reeked of mildew, and the suggested solution was to turn the AC off. Had to stay the night as there was a twirling competition filling up hotels in town, but left the next day. Was told by the night manager that I would get a full refund by talking to GM Allen the next day. Hallway and rooms always smelled musty and House keeping was non existent / I went weeks with out it! stayed there for business for an extended period of time. NOT to live there and be treated like I was desperate for a place to live as if they were doing me a favor.
