The rooms (I had 2 in my name) were truly awesome! The cleanest I have ever been (I’ve been in a lot in my 65 years!), shower water pressure….perfect…Pricing was unbelievable! What was even best of all…the above reproach Customer Service received from Ashley (checked us in) and Nichole (checked us out) …both also ensured we knew about breakfast and all the items afforded/available to us! Thank you very much for a very enjoyable stay!

Horrible experience, hotel is dirty and dingy looking. The room had stains on the carpet. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The floor had dirty spots on it and the tub was disgusting. We asked to be moved to a different room, they said they had none available. I will never stay there again.

INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!!!!!! I woke up the second day to finding a pair of adult bed bugs crushed under me. I gave the carcass to the receptionist who was very nice and tried to help immediately even before the manager arrived. But overall the rooms smell musty. The carpet is worn and faded. No stains on the sofa but the ceiling is cracked in the bathroom and paint is falling in. Everything works. But it doesn't present nicely and it smells terrible. The pool is nice. Called ahead of time and was told that there was availability and no reservations needed… when I showed up, nobody was at the front desk and better yet… all you can hear is the snoring in the back office, now that she’s awake comes out to the computer and just turned me around because she “had no rooms” after telling me that all she had left was “king rooms” so I had to leave and sleep on my truck.
