My son and I ended up getting stuck in Makato during a medical visit on 12/28. My husband booked this hotel after we needed to stay an extra day. The woman at the desk seemed annoyed we were there, but got us in quickly. We were assigned room 300. Got into the room and my son took a shower. When he got done we noticed something was off about the fan. Eventually it started to sound like we were on the edge of a war zone. Had out Christmas there. Pool was very nice. Staff was excellent. Perfect location. Would highly recommend.
They need to look at there procedures for safety also they need to evaluate there monitoring of unsupervised adolescent children.
Mediocre at best. Horrible beds woke up sore. Small rooms. This place definitely looks run down and worn out. The spa tub was clean! Breakfast was decent! Don’t even try the coffee pot it needs replacement!!! Gross!
