Clean room, comfortable bed, but hotel very outdated and they never cleaned our room.
Probably the worst hotel stay/experience I've ever had, room smelled like cat urine, everything was outdated, not sure if the rooms are yellow from the lack of cleaning or if it was a smoking room at one point. Asked kindly for a couple extra pillows in the room besides the 4 your given and was told all other pillows were dirty. For a $200+ room I expected so much more. I want my money back. Theres more mirrors in the room than pillows. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. I wish I could give zero stars.
We had our wedding reception here a couple weeks ago, and it went wonderfully! Bailey was great to work with on the planning, Mariah made sure everything went perfectly day of, and Cheff Matt prepared great food and was very accommodating with dietary restrictions! Everyone was so helpful in every step of the process!
I didn't receive the room I reserved and the front desk staff was not welcoming or informative. I felt like having to check me in for my stay was bothering him
Friendly staff with clean rooms. Great price including a nice breakfast. Top it off, fresh baked cookies. I had 3 lol
