Place was gross. Urine on the bathroom floor chair cushions had gross white stuff on them place smelled lile the smoking section at the casino. I slept in my car in the parking lot.
Location was great it was less than 5 min from the location of the business that we were in town for.
Tried to change a non-refundable reservation since the winter storm has canceled all flights and we couldn't get there. Talking to the hotel rep, they did not care at all. Called choice corporate and the were at least nice and understanding, calling the hotel on my behalf. After I was on hold they were telling that the hotel rep just argued with them as well and then hung up. It is a shame. $800 out of the window because of weather. Just did a quick overnight stay. Breakfast selection was typical for a hotel. Staff were friendly. They even let us check out 30 minutes late so we could leave our electronics in the room instead of in extreme cold temps in our vehicle while we attended our event in town.
Rooms are a bit outdated and could use some improvement. Service is amazing. The lobby and outdoor of the building looks great!
