We booked 2 rooms for our vacation called prior to ask questions like what time is pool open until n do you have hot tub ? We were told 11pm and yes to hot tub both were working ! Our floor smelled like pot with 2 kids that's not okay ,On site shows game room perfect another reason to book with kids right? WRONG no game from like on site they told us we got rid of it ! Pool was closed awaiting inspection which would be Monday or Tuesday seriously ! Then asked about what they serve for breakfast was told we are awaiting a kit... read more

This has always been one of my favorite hotels around Manchester! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and in a great location! The hotel was under construction, so you had to check in and out from a window in the front of the building. It was a little weird, but you gotta do what you got to do! My kids were a little upset that the pool was also under construction, but there is always next time(my son plays travel baseball)! If you're looking for a nice clean place to stay, this is the one!!

No way, really! They had the hotel open with no lobby or finished first floor. We checked in and out through a first floor window. Walking over cut but not installed carpets, tripping hazzard terrible glue smell. Fire hazard as we were on tip floor, with stairs and install debris in stair wells. It is hard to believe they stayed open. A stain to the Radison name.

This review has nothing to do with room itself which is very clean or the staff who are very friendly but this hotel unbeknownst to me and probably many others is renovating. No first two floors, no pool, check in is under a tent through a window, on the right side of the hotelthe and the only entry open it is a step up not a ramp. I'm very thankful i did not bring my mother in law as planned as her mobility would of been an issue. No lobby means no deliveries so keep that in mind. Under construction....should have researched this better. Check in under a Walmart tent and spoke to the counter person through an exterior window.
