So we came here 10 years ago August 15, 2015 for our wedding honeymoon. We had the jacuzzi suite. Absolutely loved it. 10 years later we wanted to go back to just be at the same place and in the same room. I am so upset it literally shattered my expectations. When we first arrived and checked in, the room we got assigned had the door open and the bed was unmade and room had not been cleaned. We then got assigned a different room. The new room appeared to be cleaner than the last but still not very clean. There were streaks in the toilet, shower was stained, jacuzzi tub appeared dirty and neglected. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I booked this hotel primarily because it advertised an airport shuttle. There is no airport shuttle, which resulted in unexpected transportation expenses just to get to the property. When we entered our room, it smelled strongly of onions and mold. Using the air conditioning or heating unit only made the smell worse, to the point that we had to sleep with the window open. Stains on the carpet and on the screen. Every furniture & the carpets were too old. They kept expired yogurt in rhe refregerator.
