We checked in on a Friday, Michael helped us check in and he was amazing. So friendly, very helpful. We went to the pool, which I will admit smelled really funky, but I think thats the pebble flooring, those are nice for saving clean up, but holds so much old water, it just smelled awful. We didnt stay long.. and then went back to our room, I went to put my daughter in a bath and we didnt have a drain plug, called the front desk, they said they would be right up to look at it.. never came. Double charged me, were not helpful. May be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Wish I could give a 0. Now I need to waste my time disputing two charges.
Check in was easy. Room was clean. Left my expensive water bottle there.... and when I called and asked if they had it, they were honest about it. Which Is refreshing!!
Can't say enough about how nice and helpful the staff are here!! Room was clean, pool was warm and hot tub was hot and bubbly. Breakfast was good. They were completely booked and kept up with keeping the breakfast stuff stocked.
If we disregard the indifference of the lady at the front desk, a great place to stay.
