I reserved a room and changed the the card to my credit card from my debit card when i arrived. They took extremely long time checking us in trying to get a larger room which the suggested they had. I charged both cards and didn't remove the old reservation. I told them about the mistake before i left on Sunday which they assured me it would be fixed. I feel like I paid way too much for this hotel. It's newer but not as nice as the pictures make it. Strong smell of some air freshener in the room. The a/c blows very damp air so the whole room feels damp. Probably what the air freshener is covering up. Paid 275 and feel like I got ripped off. Would definitely not stay here again.

Stayed there 3 days over the weekend. They double charged my card plus and extra 244 dollars for some reason. Don't trust this place. We called to speak to a manager and they hung up on us.
