Can't say enough about how nice and helpful the staff are here!! Room was clean, pool was warm and hot tub was hot and bubbly. Breakfast was good. They were completely booked and kept up with keeping the breakfast stuff stocked.
If we disregard the indifference of the lady at the front desk, a great place to stay.
After a long day of Volleyball playing and watching, a nice hot tub was calling our name. Nope. It was a cold tub. They said it would take 15 minutes to warm up. Nope more like 6 hours. The inside door knob to our room broke off in my son's hand. Grease everywhere. We told the front desk but didn't want anyone in our room while we were out to eat. They did however have breakfast ready on Sunday at 6am, which is usually at 7am because of the volleyball tournaments in town.
Pros Check in was easy. Front desk agent was super kind! Nice big clean room. Hot tub and pool are great! Cons We booked the wheelchair accessible, supposed to have roll in shower only but had a tub. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable, was tossing and turning all night. Sink fixture in the kitchenette needs replaced as it leaks water when you turn it on.
We walked in and were greeted by more than one sign that said to ring bell for attendant. We were given room 306. The room was dirty; stains on carpet, black rings in toilet, no bathroom fan, bathtub had big crack on bottom, bathroom fixtures were dirty, mold on grab bars in tub, and black mold along the heating and air conditioning unit(we have pictures of all of this ) Saw a small cockroach on bed and killed it.
