Ended up staying here bc it was the only hotel in a 10 mile radius with an opening after a concert I attended. Room smell was HORRIBLE! The room smelled musty/moldy and the sheets were moist ALL NIGHT! They felt like they weren't all the way dry. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Staff here is very UNHELPFUL. The general manager was very mean and did not want to accommodate us in anyway. We asked for a late check out ( only 1 hour) and he was not nice about it. So I will have to sleep at the airport from 12-6pm
The people who work there were all very nice and pleasant to deal with. The 5 star note of this stay was the shuttle driver, he was awesome. He had a fantastic attitude when he picked us up at the airport 12am, and about five hours later, 5am, when he dropped us back off again, kudos to him. The lobby, and the room my wife and I stayed in were clean but both smelled strongly of mildew. We had to crank the AC to pull the moisture out of the air and lessen the mildew, smell.
