Giving this location a 1 start solely on the extremely rude and unprofessional customer service I received today from the front desk. I booked originally through Expedia and cancelled my booking less than 24 hrs through Expedia but was given the go ahead by Nabbia from country inn that there would be no penalty due to the cancellation (I cancelled because I had a family member stay there the night before and they had a disgusting room) A week later I check my Mastercard bill and I’m charged a cancelation fee, I again go thro... read more
The room I stayed in was infested with cockroaches, I woke up with one on my bed. I attempted to contact the manager several times and the front desk kept replying with “he’s busy right now”. The have taken no initiative to resolve the issue nor even address it.
The customer service is awesome. They are very attentive to the need of the customer. Breakfast is awesome and the pool is great! Totally recommend this place for traveling DFW!
