I read reviews and called ahead to make sure the elevator was working. I was nervous because I have severe medical concerns and can’t do stairs right now. Lady assured me it was. Well the elevator has been down my entire stay. Not good for handicap. I would have stayed somewhere else had the staff been honest. Dirty carpet, hair in the shower. Had to ask for towels, washcloths and bedding for the pull out 3 times before they got it right. Would not recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Gross!!!! I went to talk to the front desk to get new batteries or a new remote since ours wasn’t working. They said don’t have another remote here and ours is “just not working”. So no tv access. We have holes in the towels, and only 2 in the room for 3 people. When I asked for pool towels, I was asked “don’t you have towels in your room?” I answered that those were for our showers and could I have 3 more towels (2 for kids for the pool and one for me in the room). I was given 2 and told “we only have 2”.... read more
