They had absolutely no washcloths and limited towels. The body wash, conditioner and lotions that they place in each hotel room, ours was used from the previous renters. The shower drain took over six minutes to drain. And the sink has slow draining as well. The hallways had leftover trash from housekeeping. And the halls didn’t smell too pleasant. Girlfriend made reservations paid online, had receipt, gentlemen at desk tried to charge her twice again. Other two people waiting both had issues with A/C, made us sit in the lobby with my dog for about 1 hour now. Other customers complaining about no clean towels, and dirty rooms. Place is a joke now I see why so many poor reviews.
