A very outstanding hotel! Very nice staff which leads to great customer service and clean rooms! Jay the front desk manager clearly loves what he does and made the whole experience a delight. We will definitely be staying with this hotel again when we make future trips to Brookings. Exceptional front desk & housekeeping staff. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast options are great! Highly recommended hotel in Brookings.
The pool facility is kept in pristine condition. The water quality is excellent, no harsh chlorination. The main pool is also heated. Jay made me feel welcome and confident in his abilities. All the luck to this establishment. I will be back!
Great hotel. Jay at check in was extremely friendly and kind. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was fully stocked with tons of options. Will be staying again.
