Lazy attitude from the front deskers. For technology reasons that I cannot explain, our Booking.com reservation did not go thru onto their system. The receptionist, not wanting to be bothered and call the dedicated Booking.com number, insisted that I needed to solve this and chose not to help. It took us two hours to check into our room. No empathy, just laziness and a bad attitude.
i’ve been here twice in three weeks both times my card was declined and once I call bank both times was due to card entry error. The second visit I told them that this happened and he is sure she would pay attention and the same thing happened again the fact that the front desk person can’t enter a credit card number. Incorrectly is ridiculous. One time I could understand, but having the same issue repeated twice is absurd.
I called multiple times and they pick up the phone and hang up. This is an expensive hotel there should be a higher standard of service.
