i was very disappointed with the rooms & the customer service.the quote you one price & get the money, then when you look at your charge card it is a different price entirely.it is my experience that they do that on purpose, THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF THERE

the genaral manager is too hot.rooms are clean.friendly staff quite area the best price if u are going to lake geneva.if u wana go golf they have nice packages
