Dirty. Tv didn’t work. Booked for a week and stayed only 2 nights due to a change in my work location. Was told I could get a refund if I called back in 2-3 hours because he (the manager) has to find out how to do the refund. When I called back I was refused a refund for the remaining 5 days. I tried several times after to speak with him but he would hang up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.
