Terrible company. Buyer beware. The product I received was very poorly made. I contacted the company 4 times to return it. 2 emails and 2 phone calls and the 4th contact was after the 30 day return policy had expired so they purposely ran out the clock by giving me the run around. They said they had no record of my previous attempts to contact them. They also sold my email as soon as I placed my order I started to get multiple emails per day from their affiliates. Stay away from Country Homes!

On March 28 2023 I purchased a ***** Mower with all the bells and whistles, "electric start", I am disabled senior citizen. Paid cash for the mower... Took it home, unpacked it, put fuel and oil in it, started it because I wanted to make sure it ran, made it go around the grand childrens play set, wanted to make sure the "hydrostatic drive worked", parked it in the garage and it stayed there for 3 weeks... When it was time to mow the electric start didnt work and you couldnt pull the starter cord... I didnt use the mower... ... read more

Terrable Customer Service Once they get your money, you'll never see or hear from them again. The owner is a liar and the managers follow his lead. When you call they are always "away" or "in a meeting" or "you just missed him". Dishonesty is the company policy. I bet the original owners would have a fit iff they knew how Garth Selden treats his customers. They switched my fireplace without my permission and lied to me about it, now they refuse to talk to me about it!

Country Homes Power gave me Excellent service and customer help. They said they pride themselves on customer service before, during, & after the sale. They are correct. Sam the saleman, James & Nick were awesome. Thank you Country homes. I would rate them as 5 star, awesome!

so i went in to buy a hot tub because my neighbor had just purchased one and highly recommend them.and he wasnt wrong sam was very helpful and friendly.james and nick did an amazing job setting up my hot tub.thank you guys!!

I have enjoyed great sales and maintenance service and support from Country Homes Power for about 12 years for a variety of equipment including a Cub Cadet tractor, Troy-built snowblower, and Stihl chainsaw. This year I picked out a Husqvarna zero-turn to replace the Cadet--found out that it wasn't the right mowing solution for the size, slope and configuration of my yard; Country Homes (Brian, Ray) without hesitation let me exchange it for a tractor model.
