I honestly wish I could give them a 0 star. It’s been over a year I’m trying to get something resolved. Very poor response, if you ever get one. Also, they hired a contractor for paving our driveways, that lied that the garage doors need to be open for us to pave, instead when I went in my home, they used my water without my pets mission filled up two tanks, and my driveway is crumbling within days of being done. Terrible customer service. Also shoddy job on new homes and instances of cutting corners and flat out lying to homeowners. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible costumer service . We got our house in August there’s a lot of issues and they are taking forever to solve it’s our second house with this builder and the last no more buying from county homes very disappointed you don’t treat people like this

My wife and I purchased a detached home in Alcona, Innisfil September of 2020 with Country Homes. The sales rep Lea was amazing! Very informative, helpful and honest. Once we made our purchase and we were no longer in contact with Lea, the experience slowly started going down hill. Decor was a challenge as the decor manager at the time was not very understanding of certain situations, however, we will get back to this later.
