Terrible Service Unfulfilled shipping promises. My order was confirmed to ship in 2-4 business days. 9 business days later, and still the order has not shipped. And Becky can't tell me when, because her supervisor went home early. And she didn't really care if I canceled or not. In fact she was more willing to pull the order than to give me a commitment. They used to be a good company. Not anymore.
Good Product - Good Customer Service When we bought our 4 acres in the country, we needed a machine to help us clean the place up.
