Very pleased i got to say I was hesitant and worried about my dog. Thinking how the heat is unforgiving in the desert. This was the first time I had used a kennel, I wasn't sure that my dog would be comfortable in a cage. But when I got there and saw for myself how the accomodations were for my dog, it was very roomy. And my dog didn't even care that we were there let alone left. The best ever I have used a lot of kennels in the past and this is by far the best. Large kennels and great people. My dog was well cared for and really like the people. They gave him a lot of personal attention and it shows.
My dog and cat loved it. Excellent care, my pets were well cared for and the people were great. Hugh cat apartment with lot's of light and a cat tree. My dog was in a large kennel and got lots of personal attention. I would definatly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to watch their animals.
Poor customer service, right off the bat! I called to ask questions about boarding (10-28-05) and the lady who answered the phone was short, sarcastic, and didn't seem like she cared whether I choose to do business with her or not. It made me wonder if she's going to treat a customer that way, how would she treat my beloved pet when I'm not around. When I asked, she said she was one of the owners. I decided right then that I wouldn't be doing business with them, so I called another kennel.
