There's been a few loud parties that have kept me up at night. For some reason, they happen on Sundays. Or Tuesdays, but for the most part, I really like living there. Almost all of my neighbors are super friendly or they keep to themselves. I can't really say anything about management. Because i'm renting a unit from a private person.
