I had County Home Exteriors out to my home this week. The installer Daryl, replaced all downspouts, elbows and outlets to a larger size to improve rain flowing away from foundation and not over gutter. He inspected the gutter for proper slope and made sure the gutter guards were secured. He found a few missing gutter guards and a blocked downspout because of that. I was very pleased with Country Home Exteriors from start to finish. They were very helpful and professional in explaining different products available to us, and the work was well done.
After the last storm we had some shingles fly off, which was of course a concern, with more rain/snow approaching. I called Greg, who responded in a good time-frame to assess the situation. The next day Caleb came and fixed the issue. Nobody tried to upsell me a new roof etc, they were both focused on addressing the issue at hand, and providing professional advice. Country Home Exteriors did a great job on my home. The team was very professional, on time and did a great cleanup. They removed the old siding, installed a house wrap, rigid foam insulation and new siding. Very pleased with their work. I would hire them to work on my home again.
