Residents here are allowed to escape and wander on the nearby Miami Church road were they could be hit by cars coming by. This happened at 10:00 pm on 5/27/14. We called the police who state this has happened before. The man who had escaped was lost and confused. We witnessed 4 cars almost hit him as he walked the double yellow line on Miami Church rd. we stopped to make sure police arrived.
