I can't say enough great things about this group of animal whisperers. I trust them with all of our fur babies and know that they are in the best care possible at Country Hills. They are a work family full of HUGE hearts. I may have asked too much of the amazing Melanie (Dr Greene) one day, but she showed up and showed out to help nurse a gentle giant back to health that was wondering a busy, curvy side road. We are out of town and had to go here would recommend staff was very caring and careful wish we had a different outcomew but we lost our of 9years
I took my pup and kitten for shots. The nurse took the kitten back to test for feline leukemia and brought her back. When she came back with the shot for the pup I told her the kitten was upset after getting shots. The nurse said, "All I did was take her temperature." OK. Then I was told they were done. The only thing they did was check her temperature and give the pup the 8 in 1 shot. They charged me over $300. I'll never go back there again.
