I boarded my Ridgeback on a Friday and picked him up on a Sunday.There is no vet there on a Sunday. Not even 48 hours. He was the picture of health when I dropped him off.When I picked him up he was listless and drooling. The next day (Monday) I called the Vet who said to bring him right in. They did an ultra sound and said he was bleeding internally and to take him straight away to Sonterra Hospital. My dog had a ruptured spleen.No cancer or any other problems. I have owned dogs and cats ALL OF MY LIFE Never have I encountered a shyster who poses as a caregiver for animals. Kenny looked like he had just come from under his car. Filthy shoes, dirty hands. I had that used car salesman feel in his presence. He tried to push all sorts of unnecessary tests. Worst vet experience EVER.

Thank you so much for taking great care of my Topcat! Your compassion and professionalism was very much appreciated. I may not have too m uch more time with my little guy, but I cant thank you enough for helping make him more comfortable. The food reccomendation worked as well!
