I stored my trailer at Country Hills RV Storage this summer. The place itself is fine, but unfortunately the customer service is very rigid and not client-oriented. When I decided to move out, I gave notice a little late — only a few days into the month — and even though my 4-month minimum term was already completed, they still charged me for an extra month with no flexibility or willingness to meet halfway. I have been a customer for a few years now. The storage fees are great as far as I am concerned. The security is top notch. I have had notifications sent asap if any issues, like hail and potential damage. Staff is awesome. Again great place and I definetly reccomend it for storage of your RV or other vehicles.

DO NOT pre pay your fees on the annual plan!... I usually don't post negative reviews but I see someone just had a posted a similar review trying to get their refund. My refund was credited to a wrong credit card I was told, now I'm told I must wait 4 months by Carly to see if they dispute the charge to be returned to CountryHillsRV??? Totally unacceptable and unethical business practice! Just issue me my refund and worry about correcting your error Country Hills RV! I had a very sad experience here. I used my credit card for the payment in the beginning. When I closed my credit card, I changed my payment method. When I needed a refund, they said they successfully refunded to my closed mastercard. How can you deposit money to a non-existing credit card?

Unfortunately, my 1 year old side-by-side and the brand-new utility trailer it was on were both stolen from this location. The communication between Carly and the rest of the staff regarding this incident was extremely poor. After three months of negotiating with insurance, I was left out of pocket for about $4,000.
