Terrible dealership, from sales to customer service. If you haven’t bought a Nissan yet and you want to, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I debated a long time whether or not I should write this review, but I feel other customers or potential clients should be aware. I most definitely wish someone else would have informed me about the way they do their business. They only provide you with the details which are beneficial form them to make you buy with them.
Yesterday, I lost my wheel key at locations outside of Nissan. I called Mr. Burhan, who kindly guided me to Country Hills Nissan with his team to help. I went to Country Hills Nissan, and the team worked nicely to fix my problem without fees. I am grateful for everything they have done for me. Sometimes, anyone gets in a difficult situation.
