Mark made the time for me to allow me to outline all expectations, which he was able to exceed. I was provided continuous communications and updates (including photos) on progress and also exceptions until all work was complete. Vehicle looks like it rolled out of the factory yesterday. Based on the reviews, I made the drive to the far north end of Calgary, paid almost $300 to have my car detailed inside and out with a polish. First the good…service was great, everyone was very friendly. Allowing me to have a car while it was serviced was appreciated. The bad…the car was done in just over 4 hrs!! On pick up, the polish looked great…didn’t get all the shallow scratches out, but over happy. The problem was the cleaning. It looked rushed!
