Do not spend your hard earned money at this place. Completely unprofessional! They have a receptionist that has the personality and demeanor of a homeless crackhead! She pretty much told me that me and my dog is no longer welcome if I didn’t sign some screwed up paperwork stating that they could change me penalties for not keeping my appointments. Do NOT go to this vet office. They are way overpriced and incompetent. I brought both my dogs in for an office visit, got 2 separate $59 charges for an “exam” which was barely touching my dogs, then they took one back was unable to get the anal glands expressed by a young vet tech but still charged me for that and the vet never attempted it, then wanted to start me on some high priced food that I would have to buy from them for a 4 year old dog with diarrhea without recommending something else first. We have taken our cats (3) and dogs (4) to Country Hill for well over 12 years unfortunately our experience has gradually been less positive and more costly. Dr. Francis who we started with is no longer there. Dr. Vogrin started in 2006 and now owns the place. We really appreciated Dr. Francis because he was not focused on making money but since Dr. Vogrin took over complete ownership in the last few years we have noticed price increases and what seems to be a focus on making money rather than caring for animals.
