We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Country Hermitage. Misty and Eric are great hosts, couldn't be better. The breakfasts were fabulous. Our room was great. Our experience was just what we needed. We were celebrating out 57th Wedding Anniversary and this was the 🍒 Cherry on the top (Pun intended). Thank you Misty and Eric for a wonderful time.
Excellent accommodations and great food! The managers was incredibly helpful and offered wonderful recommendations for places to explore in Traverse City and Elk Rapids. Eric, the chef, was especially considerate of my dietary needs and prepared an excellent breakfast. The property itself was beautiful, and the views outside were absolutely breathtaking. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with outstanding hospitality!
Spent the weekend here with my wife. The BNB is located on a working cherry farm with awesome countryside scenery in all directions. The innkeepers (Misty and Eric) provide unmatched hospitality with Eric cooking gourmet breakfasts for guests every morning. We stayed in the Morrison room an thoroughly enjoyed it from the comfort of the bed to the cleanliness of the room.
One of the best B&B's we've been to! Beautiful house and beautiful property!! Food was great, location very convenient, hosts were wonderful and rooms and amenities were great. Will definitely return!
Misty and Eric were absolutely incredible hosts. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel genuinely welcome and treated me like family. Their warmth, kindness, and attention to every detail made this one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had. The home was beautiful, spotless, and full of charm, and every recommendation they shared helped make my trip even better. Breakfast each morning was exceptional—fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much care. What truly sets this bed and breakfast apart is the hospitality. Mi... read more
