Maintenance staff- Carl and Nick- are great! They come every time we call with problems on our rental, whether it be from the glass door, to our appliances, they always come same day. I like the "gold key inspections, because they make sure our filters are clean and anything that needs fixing, they recommend calling the office right away to get it fixed same day. Nick and Carl and very personable and all around good people!
If you value sleep or "quiet enjoyment" this is not the place for you unfortunately.
Absolutely horrible teenagers are breaking into houses, cars and sheds as well as banging on doors all being done at 1-2AM do not move here not safe!
