The manager of this park Melissa sleeps around with her tenants in return for their violations to “disappear”. She illegally try’s “scare tactics” for people she can’t sleep with and repeatedly abuses her power in this neighborhood. -100/10 I do not recommend living here. The entire operation here is illegal, she allows people she’s been intimate with to use other people’s names in order to get approved to live here.
Just moved back to Michigan from Washington State. Melissa and office staff was awesome to work with me and my son getting paperwork signed for a lease and moved in before I started my new job. The community is quiet and very well maintained. Looking forward to living here with my dogs! Thank you all!
