After seven years of being here, I received a call today that said either.I buy my place or I have to be out when my lease expires.In october. I am disabled with several health issues.And now I am going to be homeless because I cannot afford to buy my own place because if anything breaks, my furnace goes out every other year, i can't afford to fix that. When I moved in seven years ago I was told that there would be an exercise room and a community center going in.And yet, I have yet to see any of that.
Maintenance staff- Carl and Nick- are great! They come every time we call with problems on our rental, whether it be from the glass door, to our appliances, they always come same day. I like the "gold key inspections, because they make sure our filters are clean and anything that needs fixing, they recommend calling the office right away to get it fixed same day. Nick and Carl and very personable and all around good people!
If you value sleep or "quiet enjoyment" this is not the place for you unfortunately.
