Not friendly at all on the phone. I chose another florist.
We are located in Knoxville, TN and needed a florist local to Hanover, PA. An employee's father passed away there and I found this florist through a website search. We wanted something to represent the father's faith and I asked about the Cane River Cross. I submitted a photo and they didn't have the exact same flowers. Ordered for same day delivery at 6am and at 5pm was Told it couldn’t happen today.
Ordered two flower arrangements for my brothers graduation and paid a total of 100 dollars for two matching arrangements. The vases themselves were 15 dollars each meaning that there should have been 35 dollars worth of flowers in each arrangement. When I brought them back and said the arrangements really weren’t that full and didn’t look like 35 dollars worth the woman said to me “well roses are expensive.” And I said back “I didn’t ask for roses, I asked for a red and green arrangement.
