We have been waiting for a hearing aid since the 21 June as they forgot to put in the referral.it took weeks of phone calls and calling in before the referral got sent. The hearing aids arrived a week ago and still won’t give us an appointment until 18 October. No apologies. A long time to go without being able to hear when it can be fixed with a hearing aid.
I seen Georgina today, she was so caring and explained everything so throughly. My right ear has been blocked for 5 years, I went to Georgina for help as it was causing me a lot of grief, Campbell was asked to come and help assist and with the help of them both, my right is is unblocked and I can now hear out of it after 5 years. I will be having further treatments such as ear wax softener etc and possibly going back for another clean of my right ear but I am so satisfied, they were so gentle and caring. Big shout out to Kelly who saved me a trip from the Coles carpark in Sebastopol by fetching my battery and brnging it to me. I use a walking aud so it meant a lot. It was also excellent service!
Talia is an excellent audiologist. Really takes her time getting things right and explains everything. The girls on reception are lovely. I highly recommend the Sebastopol clinic. Definitely a class above other companies I have been to.
